Refund policy for Nine Feng Shui digital services

Digital products and credit packs

  • Nine Feng Shui provides digital Feng Shui analysis. No physical goods are shipped.
  • One-time credit products are the main publicly sold products today, such as the 9-credit Remedy Report unlock.
  • One-time credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if the credits from that order remain completely unused.
  • Once any credits from a one-time pack have been used, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • If we cannot deliver the purchased service (for example, prolonged outages, duplicate charges, or mistaken billing), we may issue a full or partial refund.

Legacy subscription customers

  • Monthly and yearly subscription rules apply only to legacy subscribers; current public checkout is centered on one-time credit packs.
  • Monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 48 hours after renewal, with the refund calculated pro rata based on remaining credits.
  • Yearly subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase or renewal if no more than 50% of the included credits have been used; the refund is calculated pro rata based on remaining credits.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Whether a past charge can be refunded depends on the refund window and the remaining unused credits described above.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@ninefengshui.ai with your account email, order number or subscription number, and a brief description of the issue.
  • If approved, we will revoke the related unused credits and start the refund process.
  • The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and may take several business days; some payment channels currently require manual refund handling.
  • We aim to respond within 3 business days and confirm eligibility based on the rules above.
