- Nine Feng Shui is a digital product that provides Feng Shui analysis through a web application. No physical goods are delivered.
- Analyses are generated with third-party AI models (such as DeepSeek) via their APIs. Nine Feng Shui is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any model provider.
- AI-generated outputs are for reference only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, investment, or real-estate advice. Please make decisions with appropriate professional judgment.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable laws.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew based on the interval you select. You can cancel anytime from your account billing page; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by Creem as the merchant of record. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Unless otherwise required by law, all fees for digital products and subscriptions are non‑refundable once charged. However, if we are unable to provide the service you purchased (for example, prolonged service outages or duplicate charges), we may issue a full or partial refund. We may also, at our sole discretion, offer additional refunds or credits in other situations.
- We aim to respond to all support and billing inquiries (including refund requests) within 3 business days.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; amounts already paid remain non-refundable except as noted above, and access continues through the current billing period.
The Service, including content, code, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or distribute the Service except as expressly permitted.
