Overview

Nine Feng Shui ("we", "us", or "the Service") is provided by Di Wang and operates at ninefengshui.ai. These Terms govern your use of our web-based Feng Shui analysis service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally able to agree to these Terms where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
  • You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
  • You are responsible for activities that happen under your account, except to the extent caused by our own failure to protect the Service.

What the Service Provides

  • Nine Feng Shui is a digital product. No physical goods are shipped.
  • The Service may include free assessment reports, guest-mode access, one-time remedy-report unlocks, credits, limited-time promotions, and, if we enable them, recurring plans or subscriptions.
  • The Service combines software workflows, internal rules, and third-party AI models to help you review a home layout and generate Feng Shui-related outputs.
  • Features, pricing, and available plans may change over time.

AI Output and Important Disclaimers

  • Reports and answers generated through the Service are provided for informational and reference purposes only.
  • The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, architectural, engineering, real-estate, or other licensed professional advice.
  • You are responsible for how you interpret and use the outputs. If you are making important decisions about property, construction, health, safety, finance, or legal matters, you should use appropriate professional judgment and consult qualified professionals where needed.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated or rule-based outputs will be complete, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in violation of law;
  • interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
  • bypass guest limits, anti-abuse controls, access restrictions, or payment requirements;
  • copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law;
  • upload or submit content you do not have rights to use; or
  • use the Service to build a competing product by abusive or unauthorized means.

Payments, Promotions, and Refunds

  • Paid features may be offered as one-time unlocks, credits, subscriptions, or promotional offers, depending on what we make available at the time of purchase.
  • Some purchases are processed by Creem as merchant of record. If we enable other payment providers in the future, those purchases may be handled by the applicable provider shown at checkout.
  • You authorize the applicable payment provider or merchant-of-record partner to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any taxes and any recurring renewal amount if you choose a recurring plan.
  • Promotional pricing, discounts, and coupon codes may be time-limited, may apply only to specific products, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time unless already confirmed at checkout.
  • Unless required by law or stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, fees for digital products are generally non-refundable once charged. However, if we fail to deliver the purchased service, charge you incorrectly, or bill you more than once for the same order, we may issue a full or partial refund.
  • If we offer a recurring plan, you may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or our refund policy.

Your Content and Our Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the information, layouts, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service.
  • You give us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, store, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service for you.
  • The Service itself, including its software, design, branding, content, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
  • Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the Service.

Availability, Changes, and Termination

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, plans, or pricing.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unlawful behavior, payment issues, security risk, or a violation of these Terms.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
